Frozen Shoulder
Gradual stiffness and pain in the shoulder joint limiting its movement, which may develop over months.
You're not looking for cupping, you're looking for a way to restore your shoulder's normal movement after raising your arm became a daily challenge. We assess the joint's range of motion and severity of stiffness before building your treatment plan.
Common Symptoms
- Gradual shoulder pain that worsens over time
- Noticeable stiffness limiting raising the arm or moving it backward
- Difficulty getting dressed or reaching for high objects
- Night pain disturbing sleep when lying on the affected side
- Slow, gradual improvement after the stiffness phase
When You Need to See a Doctor Immediately
- Sudden, severe pain after a direct shoulder injury
- Noticeable swelling or redness around the joint
- Sudden muscle weakness in the arm or numbness extending to the hand
- Fever accompanying shoulder pain and swelling
The Role of Our Treatment Plan
After the assessment, your plan may include manual therapy and gradual exercises to restore the shoulder's range of motion, localized cupping to relieve surrounding muscular tension, guidance to protect the joint during recovery, and periodic follow-up to measure improvement in range of motion.
