Lower Back Pain
Pain or tension in the lower back that may extend to the buttocks, worsening with prolonged sitting or bending.
You're not looking for a specific type of cupping, you're looking for a solution to pain that stops you from sitting or bending comfortably. We assess your condition first to understand the source of the pain before building your treatment plan.
Common Symptoms
- Muscular pain or tension in the lower back that worsens with prolonged sitting
- Morning stiffness that gradually improves with movement
- Pain sometimes radiating to the buttocks
- Difficulty bending or lifting objects
- Recurring muscle spasms in the area
When You Need to See a Doctor Immediately
- Pain radiating down the leg with clear numbness or weakness
- Loss of bladder or bowel control
- Persistent pain after a direct injury or fall
- Severe night pain that doesn't improve with rest, or unexplained weight loss
The Role of Our Treatment Plan
After the medical assessment, your plan may include wet or dry cupping sessions at points of muscular tension, alongside manual therapy and strengthening/stretching exercises for the back and hip muscles, guidance on correcting sitting and movement posture, and follow-up to adjust the plan based on your response.
